«aspettative non sono state soddisfate»
nella struttura era bella SOLO vista mare dal balcone!stupendo.
la tv non funzionava (nonostante che io abbia mandato sia messaggio che telefonato),hanno promesso di mandare il tecnico per risolvere il problema,ma non ne mai arrivato . la camera era sporca,visto che le pulizie dovevano fare due volte alla settimana,non abbiamo contato neanche due volte in 12 giorni.io da sola cercavo di pulire il pavimento con lo straccio,ma siccome non c’era neanche minima scopa -non era facile. e poi ultima cosa-siamo arrivati alle 23.00 ,penso che ci potevano almeno lasciare una bottiglia d’acqua (non dico neanche in frigo)almeno … tristezza … p.s.asciugamani cambiavano ogni tre giorni

appena arrivati ci siamo resi conto che la linea wi fi non esisteva in piu la porta del bagno non aveva la mascatura per chiuderla e la porta dell entrata faceva difficolta ad aprirsi , anche la cassaforte non si chiudeva
